They sometimes get excited about making a new logo or something, and forget that they need to be thinking strategically about building associations. We&#8217;ve put a prompt in to remind them, but it might take some work from you too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In terms of &#8216;right&#8217; answers, this exercise is pretty wide open &#8211; anything that makes the experience feel more vivid and authentic for customers should work, in theory (so long as they are building a consistent brand image that they manage to differentiate from IKEA).
